You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.

MyBusinessCatalog is try-before-buy software. This means:
1. All copyrights to MyBusinessCatalog are exclusively owned by the author Alexander Chulpanov.
2. You can use the unregistered version of MyBusinessCatalog with restrictions applicable to unregistered version.
3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use MyBusinessCatalog on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered MyBusinessCatalog software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
4. Registered version allows distributing the work results by means of MyBusinessCatalog with no restrictions.
5. MyBusinessCatalog keyfiles may not be distributed outside of the area of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the original license, without written permission of the copyright holder. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Chulpanov Alexander
6. The MyBusinessCatalog unregistered version, may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of MyBusinessCatalog without written permission from the copyright holder. The MyBusinessCatalog unregistered trial version may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without written permission of the copyright holder.
- No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without written permission of the copyright owner.
- MyBusinessCatalog unregistered version may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner.
- Hacks / crack, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.
7. MYBUSINESSCATALOG IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE
8. You are not allowed to use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, perform other types of reverse engineering, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as defined in this agreement. Unauthorized usage of any kind will result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
9. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Chulpanov Alexander.
10. Installing and using MyBusinessCatalog signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
11. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove MyBusinessCatalog files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
